The high-density electrical method measures the apparent resistivity of the underground medium through electrode power supply and reception. The apparent resistivity directly reflects the conductivity of the underground medium. For example, when looking for water under bedrock, the conductivity difference of bedrock is very high, while the conductivity of water is good. The apparent resistivity is low. In the inversion diagram, the shape and depth of the water-bearing area and bedrock can be easily distinguished.
